Please read carefully the following Terms of Service Agreement before using FEORH.com (the "Site"). This Terms of Use Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and FEORH, LLC (FEORH), its divisions and its subsidiaries (all referred to as "we," "us" or "our").

The site is operated and maintained by FEORH, LLC. All features herein are made accessible for use with your acceptance of the terms, policies, and conditions in this Agreement. By your use you accept that we may amend these terms, policies, and conditions at any time. If you do not wish to comply with these amendments, please do not use the Site. FEORH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial license for the use of the site. By the use of this Site, you agree to not use, copy, edit, store, or make any work in the likeness of the copyrighted material of FEORH for any reason, in any form. Use of this site in any manner not deemed appropriate by FEORH is hereby prohibited by law.

Information

On this site you are provided with information in regard to causes, organizations, and historical events. This information is only given as general knowledge and should not be taken out of the context in which it is written. As being with all general knowledge, you should verify all stated information. We reserve the right to change, negate, or omit previous stated information if found incorrect without legal suit. It is not our responsibility to update this information in such case. Products

FEORH products are exclusively sold through the Boutique on the FEORH.com website. The products sold through third parties are purchased at your own risk, as FEORH cannot verify the legitimacy or authenticity of every product sold bearing its name or trademarks. 

You are prohibited to purchase products and re-sell, with or without prior intent, without the expressed written consent of FEORH, LLC.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order received from you, and are not legally bound to make all products available at the time of your order. If there has been a charge or hold on your credit card account, we will provide a credit after we confirm cancellation of the order.

Trademarks

The name "FEORH", the stylized "FEORH” logo, and the “F” logo are trademarks of FEORH, LLC.

Copyrights

All intellectual properties including, but not limited to art pieces, films, music, and writings and compositions are copyrighted by FEORH and are to never be copied, distributed or otherwise altered without the expressed written consent of FEORH, LLC. 

Unauthorized Actions

If you choose to use this site you agree that you will not take part in any manipulation of the site itself, its database or anything that could harm the well-being of the site, or its users. Screen scraping, database scraping, and any other means to extract personal or corporate information is prohibited. In no form or manner is flooding, soliciting, spamming, or spidering allowed. You may not submit any defamatory, false, fraudulent, harmful, or obscene material.

Transferred Authorship

In the case you submit a writing in any form to us, you acknowledge and represent that you are the original author, and you relinquish all your rights of such work. We may change, publish, display, distribute, modify, transfer, translate and use the work indefinitely and perpetually royalty-free through any medium or any form of media without given credit to the original author.

Due to the sensitive nature of technology and the internet FEORH does not make any claim or promise that this site or feature therein will not be hacked, infringed upon, destruct, or cause you or a third-party harm in any form. Therefore, you will use this site at your own risk with the acceptance that FEORH is not liable for any malfunctions.

This includes the loss of data or information. At any point in time FEORH holds the right to interrupt, suspend, or remove this site indefinitely without liability to you or a third party.

This Terms of Service Agreement will be governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to our Terms of Service

If we decide to change our Terms of Service Agreement, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Terms of Service Agreement modification date below.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT THE TERMS STATED BY FEORH, LLC. FURTHERMORE, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT IN CASE OF DISPUTE THEY WILL BE UPHELD IN A COURT OF LAW.
