AVAILABILITY

Please note that a message in the description of each product will inform whether the product is only available for pre-order, sold out, or is temporarily unavailable.

Adding a product to your cart without completing your purchase does not ensure availability at a later time. You will receive an abandoned cart message 24 hours after adding without purchase.

DELIVERY

Feorh reserves the right to limit its delivery options due to availability and high-volume periods. Therefore, please note the shipping options available at checkout.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

After you receive your package please email Client Care with your order number and request a return. If the request is approved, you may return the unopened package within 1 week of receipt. We will notify you once we have received your package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we have received the package.
