Terms of Purchase

Please reference the requirements and stipulations below for exchanges and returns.

REQUIREMENTS

Feorh accepts product exchanged or returned in its original condition with the original sales receipt for a refund within 2 weeks of delivery.

Before mailing a returned item, please email Returns@Feorh.com for confirmation. Feorh is not held liable for the loss or damage of returned items during the shipping process.

Returned packages must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery to Feorh.

STIPULATIONS

Feorh does not provide return labels and is not responsible for shipping costs of returned products. Returned products must not be altered or damaged. We reserve the right to not accept returns that do not meet these requirements. 

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the product. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have credited your account. Refunds will be issued in the same form of the initial payment. Original shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
